Where do your tacos ship from?

All orders are shipped from our location at 5526 E Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85712.

How will my box be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?

Your package will be shipped via 2-day services.

Does shipping cost extra?

We charge a flat shipping rate based on your location.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You will receive a notification once your oder is shipped. The tracking number will also be added to your order page once it’s shipped. Sign in to your account to view your order information.

What comes inside the box?

Our subscription boxes come with everything you need to prepare the best tacos you’ve ever had, including tortillas, protein/veggies, salsa, and toppings.

Are your corn tortillas gluten free?

Yes, our corn tortillas are naturally gluten free! Unfortunately, our flour tortillas are not gluten free.

How do I heat my tacos?

Follow the stove top or microwave instructions on our heating guide.

Account Management

Will my subscription be billed automatically?

Yes, subscriptions are billed automatically to the credit card you provided during your initial purchase. You can change your payment options in “My Account“.

How can I change my subscription options?

You can change your subscription options in “My Account” > “My Subscription”. Scroll down until you see the “change subscription options” button.

Can I put my subscription on hold?

You can put your subscription in your account. Use the “suspend” button up to 3 times. Please sign in to your account to manage your settings.

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel your subscription, please sign in to your account to manage your settings.
